At WelleCo US, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your fashion items are not the perfect fit, you can return unworn, unwashed merchandise with original tags attached within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

  Print Your Label

  Download and print the pre-paid UPS shipping label provided at the end of the return request process.

  Package Your Items

  Place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all designer tags and hygiene seals remain intact before sealing the box.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your package to any authorized UPS location and keep your tracking receipt; your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days of receipt.
